TEN PEOPLE, TEN COLORS

If there are ten people, each of them has his or her own "color"--everyone has his or her own thoughts, taste or personality.  There are some people who can't stand the opinions that they disagree with.  But one will be better off embracing the differences rather than denying them.  Suppose the situation where ten people have a meeting.  If everyone has the same opinion, then what's the point of the meeting?  It is nothing other than a waste of time because everyone in a meeting room will just say "I agree" repeatedly.  It is more productive if someone gives a different opinion and they discuss which is the better idea.  Difference is what makes you objective.  Comparing with the opinions of other people, you could reconsider your own opinion and possibly come up with a new idea.  Don't deny the defferences or you will become dogmatic.
